Jorge Garay Espinosa brings a strong background in the real estate sector of San Miguel de Allende since 2015, supported by over 20 years of experience in Mexico’s financial industry. Throughout his banking career, he held key positions including Legal Director, Trust Director, Compliance Officer, and ultimately General Director of Bank of New York Mellon, S.A. in Mexico, specializing in real estate financing and structured transactions.

As a third-generation San Miguel native, Jorge combines deep local market knowledge with a professional, ethical, and results-driven approach, providing comprehensive guidance to both buyers and sellers.

He holds a Law degree from Universidad Anáhuac (Campus Norte) and has extensive experience working with notary offices and prestigious law firms in Mexico, strengthening his legal expertise in real estate transactions. He is an active member of AMPI and is currently in the process of obtaining his official real estate certification in the state of Guanajuato.

Jorge Garay Espinosa cuenta con una sólida trayectoria en el sector inmobiliario de San Miguel de Allende desde 2015, respaldada por más de 20 años de experiencia en la industria financiera en México. A lo largo de su carrera bancaria, ocupó cargos clave como Director Jurídico, Director Fiduciario, Oficial de Cumplimiento y, finalmente, Director General de Bank of New York Mellon, S.A. en México, especializándose en financiamiento inmobiliario y estructuración de transacciones.

Como integrante de la tercera generación de una familia originaria de San Miguel, Jorge combina un profundo conocimiento del mercado local con un enfoque profesional, ético y orientado a resultados, brindando asesoría integral tanto a compradores como a vendedores.

Es Licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad Anáhuac (Campus Norte) y cuenta con amplia experiencia colaborando con notarías y despachos jurídicos de prestigio en México, fortaleciendo su especialización legal en transacciones inmobiliarias. Es miembro activo de AMPI y actualmente se encuentra en proceso de obtener su certificación oficial como agente inmobiliario en el estado de Guanajuato.
